Dabei handelt es sich um eine pr\u00e4zise Nachkonstruktion. Der 3D-Scan wird bei der Umwandlung nach CAD optimiert und mit Regelgeometrie neu aufgebaut. Bereiche, die im 3D-Scan nicht erfasst wurden, werden logisch erg\u00e4nzt. Ungenauigkeiten werden behoben und den Normungen entsprechend angepasst. Bauteils, sondern um eine idealisierte und optimierte Form, <em>bei der Ungenauigkeiten im 3D-Scan den Normungen entsprechend angepasst werden.<\/em><\/p><p>Fertigungsdefekte im Bauteil werden bei diesem Reverse Engineering Verfahren nicht \u00fcbernommen. Alternativ kann der Kunde auch einen eigenen 3D-Scan bereitstellen. Der 3D-Scan bildet die Grundlage, auf der wir das Objekt in CAD-Modell komplett neu konstruieren. Dabei nutzen wir den 3D-Scan nur noch als Referenz. Das resultierende CAD-Modell hat somit eine idealisierte und optimierte Form.
